The hotel is fairly clean, I liked its good staff and location.

Luxurious hotel with excellent food and fairly friendly staff. The room was clean with balcony.

I liked the hotel, it was special, clean and met all required needs. The staff were excellent and affable, no reason to complain.

The room itself was well-designed with balcony and the breakfast was light.

Everything was brand-new, caring staff, fantastic location close to plenty of cool bars, Puerto Rico, Old San Juan. The rooms were spacious with balcony, and I had a such great stay overall.

Good value for cost, it was neat. Really modern hotel, with funny personnel. The breakfast was great, there were eggs, cheese, hot waffles and jam. I liked the a double room and had an incredible stay.

Tidy, road hotel. Scenic view, a great balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. Simply wonderful facilities and the pool was good. Near the pebbled beach.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to San Juan. Planned to see San Juan major attractions and it was relaxing base for visiting all of them. Location near to Old San Juan and cruise terminal and cool bars. Lots of food options right by the venue.

Consistently courteous staff, our room was individual and tasteful. American breakfast with lots of fresh meals to choose from. The pool was brilliant, liked it.

Unbelievable location, themed rooms and perfect staff. Reasonably large suite and lovely bed. Covered pool area too. Also, it had parking nearby. I tried some drinks at bar pirilo pizza rustica, located 10 minutes walk away.

I stayed at this hotel before now and I would come here again. Genuinely helpful staff, fashionable and pretty clean room. The staff did all they can for a really unforgettable stay. The room was protected with smoke detectors.

Well known and tidy hotel, amazingly kind staff and spectacular location. I loved their appetising coffee, eggs, hot waffles, sausages and cheese for breakfast. The room was fully functional and surprisingly spacious, the bed was super. The night bar in the venue had variety of hot wines and tea throughout the day.

The stay was fab, would recommend. Exceptional breakfast, positive staff, updated rooms.

Room was air conditioned, and the bed was comfy, would definitely go back. Unique design, very dedicated staff, very nice central location. Early check in and decent service. What's mote - there was efficient internet.

Room was newly furnished and newly furnished, bathroom was stylish, centrally located hotel. The food was PERFECT with lots of choice! The beach was good and near the property. Amazing pool and pebble beach.

Staff were amicable, the location was absolutely perfect, the bed was really comfy.
